Working in partnership with Initiative for Advancement of Ethical Standards, INADES an NGO founded since 2008 who has served over 7,000 providing free meal, clothing, barbing and sign posting services to the homeless and Nurakeem Services Ltd (a CQC-licensed provider with over 17 years of experience), we uphold the highest standards of compassionate, reliable support.

Our mission at Community Heart Hub is to provide a safe, caring and high quality community day centre offering an individual approach for adults 18+ who have a learning disability/difficulty.
Working in small groups and have a close liaison with parents, families and social services.
Community Heart Hub day centers service aims to provide opportunities and activities (inside and outside the facility) for all service users to improve their lives, learn and improve their communication skills and to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
